  Unfortunately this is the only way I know to complain and possibly get a response. I collect toys...walmart is one of the only places to go where I can find what I'm looking for. This location always seems to lacking. Then I started to notice particular employees hovering in the aisles of the toy dept. Then I actually witnessed two of said employees fighting over a car. In their uniforms. This has gone on for a while now but today "took the cake". A skid of toys hit the floor and an one employee not in his uniform but probably on the clock and two other employees ran out from the aisles. One of which was rubbing his hand together like a mad man....such a let down to know that my walmart is not a good place for me. Please do something about this. As a customer I'm avoiding the closest and what used to be the best walmart.

  Bought a memory card at Walmart, it was left in a cart as that was the one thing we left. Called the Walmart and spoke with a manager, they took our information and said they would get back to us, they need to view the purchase in the debit and make sure we paid stating that we would be getting a memory card back. Went back days later after hearing nothing to find out that the manager who took our information didn't even write it in the log book and now another manager is saying there's nothing they can do, why would the other manager say the complete opposite and did she end up receiving the memory card and steal it? Why wouldn't she follow protocol. I have no reason to steal an item and try and get a second one. Or try and get extra money, this is what Walmart calls #1 customer service?
