- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2020-08-06, by Ryan WoodsI had a mattress and 2 box springs delivered to my home and they were used and smelled really bad. I contacted head office immediately and the took care of me. I ended up getting a brand new bed for half price and they threw in a new sheet set too. That's customer service. Not everything is ever flawless but they take care of you.
