I went to this store on Black Friday, one of the busiest retail days of the year. I have to say the staff was very polite and moving customers along in an orderly fashion. Being it was Black Friday I was surprised at how well the store was run and how quickly I was in and out. I have been to this location numerous times for other things, like having my watch sized and they are always very quick and polite.

Terrible customer service. Walked past four employees. Not one acknowledgement. Looked at a few shoes. Nobody asked if I would like to try anything on so I walked out. Won't bother going back.
