  Bell offers the worst service out of all the providers in Canada. They promised us 100MB for uploads and 300MB for downloads and in reality, after doing a speed test, we were only receiving 7MB and 19MB!!! Not even close to what was in our contract. and we were paying $62/month for this! Our internet speed was awful. In the past few months, whenever we watched anything it would buffer or completely disconnect and we'd have to restart our computer. Even with basic webpages, the downloading would take minutes. In a span of two weeks we called Bell five times to resolve these issues and just kept getting the run around from their reps. No one was on the same page. After all of this we cancelled our service. I do not recommend Bell's services.

  Went into the Bell on the upper floor and received amazing customer service from Joseph the support expert. He put on a screen protector for my cracked screen and gave me thoughtful advice on what the best options were for getting a new phone. Thanks!

  I had to change my phone and they did not do the least thing to help me, I did a lot of disrespect to the customer, in short, I went to the Rogers store in the front kiosk and changed all my cell and home plans. Bell Never Again!
