  I like to visit this store, the merchandizing is appealing and a lot of items in stock. Pricey but good quality. I have been in the store over a dozen times and have never been approched by staff for help. I am lucky I know what I want. Not sure about their ordering system I have never had much luck.

  I missed 15% promotion on the mirror by 2 days, and the store sales representatives refused to take into consideration personal reasons for my delay. The answer that I received was "why would I be interested to help you". All other stores like "bed bath and beyond" or Lowe's are much much better on customer support front.
