  I'm not really a huge fan of this store as i find a lot of their stuff is over priced, however i will give this place a 5 star based on customer service. i just want to say, it is so painfully obvious that they are understaffed. the staff that are not seasonal, are very in the know of the product in the store. different sizing options, materials used, and items that are similar to other items in the event you cannot find your size. i admire the fact that there is people constantly on the floor folding and cleaning. at check out, Christine was very friendly and engaged with all the customers. i worked in retail in my early years so i know around the holidays, the pressure is on and sometimes you feel overwhelmed. If she was feeling any of that, she did not make it obvious. she was very polite. offered us a gift box as an option when she heard me mention it was a gift for a friend. she is for sure someone this store is lucky to have.

  Terrible service...if you're black. Walked around for 5 minutes and none of the attendants so much as acknowledged our presence. I noticed this wasn't the case for lighter skinned shoppers. Too bad Google doesn't allow minus stars
