  Main Feedback: POOR Customer Service I had purchased a mattress and bed set. Our Sales Rep was fantastic and was very helpful with our selection process. The post sales support and delivery department is an absolute nightmare. My purchase became delayed not twice, but three times! The third time it was delayed I got a generic email saying it would not arrive until the end of the month, already 2 weeks late at this point. I had called to inquire what is causing this delay and the rep on the phone said they would follow up. Nobody followed up, and this reoccurred TWICE. I had become very frustrated and went into the store to ask what can be done to make up for this mishap, and they presented no viable options that were appealing. Ended up asking for a refund, complete waste of time. Will not provide my business here and will not refer any friends or family to this location.
