  If I could I would leave a 0 star because I have been coming to this Canadian tire on a daily basis due to the fact I have a auto shop and need parts so I come here to get the parts and they recently got a new general manager and all I have to say is I'm definitely calling the labor board about this place because I have seen the new general manager miss treat employees and customers every time I have come here. He is definitely not suited for a management position based on what I've seen him due and just to clarify the general managers name is kelly. So my question to the owner of this Canadian tire is do you do background checks and references when hiring new management especially general managers? Is that how you tell management to treat employees and customers? All I have to say is you need a new general manager or your old general manager Anthony back. And I won't be coming back here for a long time and won't be referring anyone else to this Canadian tire after seeing how poor management treats others. So due to what I have witnessed you will unfortunately be loosing a lot of money because I used to recommend many people to this location but now I won't be. Please fix this and get new management! Also train your employees properly not just put them at a cash register or on the floor and say here is your job and expect them to know everything. Not sure if you are aware but people have to be trained to do things not just expected to know everything for example a cashier at this Canadian tire does not know a single thing! Please fix so I can refer people here again!!!
