  We bought a custom storage bed from Biltmore several years ago. From the start, we had issues that needed repair and the item was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. The company kept telling us that they would come pick it up - for YEARS - through three moves. Finally, they gave us a firm date and bailed at the last minute. So, we had to rent a truck (at our own cost) and bring it to them ourselves. They then kept it and never gave it back to us. So, we have part of a bed that costs us thousands of dollars and no feasible way to go forward. We may have to buy a new one. Terrible service! I am very disappointed because we went with this custom, made in Canada, bed that we thought would last us a lifetime.
