  Was in the store today, very crowded. My baby was in a carrier and we accidentally broke a piece. We picked up all the pieces to make sure no one else stepped on it and brought it to the cashier to pay for the broken piece. We asked to not pay for the full retail , discount or cost but got refused. This is very unreasonable for us after being thoughtful and responsible. No staff noticed, we could have left without saying anything or said someone else broke it and we picked it up to make sure no one step on it. We could have got a thank you in the end if we lied. We paid it anyways as we wanted to pay for the damage, but very unhappy to pay for retail.
