  this is towards UPS in general and NOT this store....I find it utterly ridiculous that at THIS day and age that as a private (non business) citizen we need to STAY home the ENTIRE day until 7pm waiting to receiver an item through UPS.It's one of the reasons I HATE buying something online and have the merchant deliver it via UPS.At least I KNOW that CANADA POST will arrive at my location daily between 10am and 1pm...BTW I even signed up on UPS' "MY CHOICE UPS" because they advertise "get deliveries on YOUR schedule".....ya.....you can pick a day....but NOT the approx time of day...or even if you need your parcel in the morning OR afternoon....as long as it's between 7am and 7pm.... just RIDICULOUS >.
