  HORRIBLE customer service. I would NOT recommend buying anything at this store, because you won't get it when you need it, much like the other google reviews state. Derrick in particular will give you the run around, ignore all of your polite phone calls and emails. I was informed that I would receive a call from Derrick when the product is in (it was out of stock at the time of purchase). I never received a phone call, when I called the store they told me that the product has been in for at least one week. No delivery has yet been scheduled... When I offered to pick the product up myself, they refused stating that they don't do pick-ups on weekends, which is absolutely absurd given that most people make their purchases on weekends. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere with good customer service, because the service at Upcountry will surely disappoint you.
