I was not pleased with the level of customer service from this store. We went in to repair the suction issue with our just over a year old Dirt Devil bagless vacuum, as their website clearly says they repair all vacuums. As soon as walk into store and explain the issue, the seasoned man (name? position?) starts by saying to throw the vacuum into garbage. When I ask him why, he repeats the same thing again and again. He then starts to boast about the university degree in engineering and his vast expertise in product design and manufacturing. He then starts to explain the possible failure mode on the fan gone bad. At the end he still does not make any attempts to even open the unit and repair/replace the faulty blower fan part as a good repair shop should be able to do.
