  if you need help with any of your appliances, I would STRONGLY recommend you go to these guys... they are super friendly and really try and help you... and if they don't have your parts, nore are able to order them, then they will also tell you where you can go to try and get what you need. even if it's a competitor. So, I think they have one of THE ABSOLUTE best customer satisfaction strategies.

  The associates have absolutely no customer service skills. They never smile, very straight face, they do not make you feel welcomed. They never bother going the extra mile in trying to explain and help customer. Amre supply are more helpful and will explain and be more accommodating.
