  This was a first and last time using this company after my customer service experience by Gary. I stayed optimistic after the wrong sized mattress was ordered for me. I spoke to Gary and explained the mattress though of good quality and delivery was very accommodating, was the wrong size. I was told I cannot exchange the mattress or return it because it was taken out of the packaging. I was told to try to re-sell it and then his mind changed and he said he will take it back if i upgraded my purchase but, he found every way to reach into my pocket after the inconvenience, slapping me with additional cost for a repackaging fee and return delivery amount totalling to 100 dollars. ON TOP of that when I told him what mattress I needed, the price was increased online by 35 dollars. This company does not have any sense of what it means to provide a great customer satisfaction guarantee. My suggestion is if you want a decent mattress from this guy, double check everything about your order and don't expect him to treat you more than a dollar $ing.
