Great showroom, but poor salespeople that look down on people or find excuses not to show you the cars. My advise is take your business to Downtown Mercedes or Durham Mercedes. They have great salesperson there. I forgot to mention that I own a 2014 B250 and wanted to upgrade to the GLC43. However, the salesman told me that the vehicle I was interested in was a lot pricier from the one I currently owned and I would need to prove that my household income exceeded 6 figures. When I went to Downtown Mercedes, the salesperson, Ronald Robinson, did not hesitate one instant and brought me to test drive the vehicle.

This location happens to be one of the best locations. I've been to the Markham location and haven't been treated as I have been at midtown Mercedes... Deen happened to be my service advisor and was amazing. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it
