  Love the company don't love the location. Poor customer service- upon entering I was not greeted and had to ask 4 different employees to help me, one of which said she was "too busy with another customer"; once I was able to get assistance I asked for the associate to recommend a mask with clay or charcoal, she only showed me cleaners. Very little PK provided by the employees- I had to go read of all the mask descriptions myself which I should have done in the first place. Once I was ready to check out I had an issue with a gift card purchased for me from a family member and the cashier blatantly sighed and said "this is so annoying". I had to wait with them on their customer service line for 30 minutes. The associate dealing with the issue kept calling me "hun" and "love" which I found to be rather inappropriate. Once the issue was resolved the associate dealing with my gift card was accusatory in her body language and tone. It made me feel she didn't believe that my family member had paid actual money for the gift card, even though it had 0$ on it and I hadn't used it yet. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing any type of gift card from the company ever again. Will be going somewhere else.
