- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆2020-06-28, by Leonardo LovoMy wife and I were assisted by a nice lady who helped us getting our prepaid phones. However, she misled us as to what we should do to later on change to postpaid. Eventually, at Yorkdale Mall, we figured out we can't have an account at Koodo because we are temporary residents.
