Downside is they provide zero support if your phone is DOA or if there are problems. My Galaxy S7 stopped functioning right at 15-16 days after purchase, outside the 14 day DOA direct replacement. My local Telus said they would have been able to do it if I didn't get it from Hotwire. Hotwire wouldn't honour it! Total scam. Now I'm on my own with only the Samsung warranty. Hopefully there's no other issues with my plan as I know Hotwire won't help.
