  I went there before the store was closing and they had put the metal gate down at the front of the store halfway. I had to bend over to get into the store, but it wasn't closing for another 15 mins. When I was leaving I forgot about the gate and hit my head so hard that I had to go to the hospital the next day and I had a concussion. After it happened, the customer service at the store was awful. Nobody asked me if I was okay, offered help in any way. They didn't call security. They didn't take my number so a manager could contact me. The only thing they did was put the gate up, which shouldn't have been down in the first place. When I called the store the next day the manager hadn't been made aware that this had happened. I also made a complaint with the mall since they aren't allowed to close early. Waiting for a call back from the manager but won't be shopping at this location again...
