  Called on Saturday at noon and they said if you bring your car in we'll make sure your winter tires get put on before the day is over. Get there by 2 and they stopped accepting customers. Fine, fair enough it's a busy day. Came in at 9am sharp on Sunday as I was told to. They told me it's a 2 hour wait period. There were 10 people ahead of me. 3 hours and a cancelled plan later, my car isn't even in the garage yet. I was told to expect to be there for another 2 hours and that there are 4 people ahead of me. Don't come here, I don't believe they actually follow their policy of first come first serve.

  Reviews speak for themselves. Do not waste your time and go straight to your dealership or another mechanic. According to this store labour rates change based on Canadian Tire location. Was quoted $150 at another Canadian Tire for an engine coolant flush and this location charged me $182 (approx $30 more). Please spare yourself a headache.
