  I was at store #209 (2850 Kingston Road Scarborough, ON M1M 1M7) this afternoon at 4:26pm. I had purchased a new windshield wiper and asked if I could have someone from Auto Parts put it on. I was instructed to line up at Auto Parts where I was next in line and there were two customer service reps behind the counter. While waiting, the lady in line behind me was called to cash first. I waited patiently despite this. As I waited in line, a man joined the line behind me. When the service counter was free, I walked up to the counter said hello to the customer service rep. This rep completely ignored me and began serving the man behind me in line. At this point I decided to leave because I felt I would not be served at this location. I am a Black Woman and I noticed the two customers served before of me were both White. The two customer service representatives were also were also White. I felt completely disrespected as I was not even acknowledged by either rep. This has completely impacted the way I feel about the company. I am very disappointed ,as Canadian Tire was a company I was loyal to. I no longer feel comfortable shopping here. I will be sure to tell all of my family friends, co-workers and acquaintances to never shop here again!
