- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2019-09-28, by Mack BrowneI was actually really surprised with all the bad reviews. I bought a bike on sale this week was in the shop 3 days in a row. The same salesperson, Liam was super helpful and patient with me. Other customers came in and he had no problems multi tasking. In defence of the other reviews, I went into the Queen West location 3 years ago to buy a lock and it was full of rude, pretentious hipsters. It seems like BoW are actively trying to fix the problem with less-toxic employees and my amazing experience this week should be proof of that.
