  I called on a Thursday asking if they had specific balloons in stock and they told me it had to be specially ordered. I was on a tight time budget because I needed these balloons for the upcoming Saturday, and she told me that if I put in the order right away, it would be available by the next day (Friday). I told the lady what I wanted and she told me how much it would cost, and that I would receive a call when the order arrives for pickup. So Friday I'm waiting around to hear back from Balloon Queen, and by late afternoon I decided to call them to see what the status was...no answer. I called again about 2-3 times and still no answer, and still no call from them. This left me running around all over the city Saturday morning looking for the right balloons that I needed by the afternoon! Thankfully I found a place that had what I needed, but even then, I STILL didn't receive a call from Balloon Queen at all!!
