  Refused to help with parts without model name/number. Experts need to be more resourceful than that in 2017. It's very old fashioned business approach to expect anything from customers, at least to the point of flat out refusing service and walking away when they don't have the info you need, after they've traveled far to your brick and mortar shop. I get that in order to help me properly you need the right information, but if you're an expert a photo should be enough to start to identify the part I need, or at least try. Not just walk away. I probably should've called first, but then again, looking more closely, I also probably would've caught their rather low rating. Ultimately, you need people's business more than those people need your service. We can simply buy what we need elsewhere. Gain our trust and you have a lifetime of customers, including their friends and families. That's not a terrible approach. Bye.
