I bought a used 2014 Passat at Yorkdale Volkswagen, i have never been this excited and anxious to pick up a car. Duncan Todd made our experience at this dealership amazing. He took his time to answer all my questions and went out of his way to make make us feel like home. The whole time we were there Duncan had this welcoming smile. Words cannot describe how happy we are.. Thanks again Duncan we will be back!!!

The staff at Yorkdale VW are quite accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first experience purchasing a car and I have to say that David, Anna and Florin made it such a pleasant experience. You hear about horror stories but this was the complete opposite. Looking forward to seeing them again when I get my vehicle serviced as well!
