I will never shop here again. TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a pair of shoes here less than 14 days ago and wore them once. They were clearly defective (velcro kept coming apart) so I brought them in for a refund or exchange. The manager told me that there was absolutely no way he would give me a refund regardless of whether or not the shoe was defective because I had worn it once. Ridiculous. Do not shop here. They clearly don't care about customer service.
