  I've ordered a number of parts from the parts department through their website. The service from Bryan and his team has always been exceptional. This team goes above and beyond to help you find solutions that work. They are friendly, fair and keep you well informed on the status of your order throughout the process. Last but not least, the prices are very competitive. This isn't your typical dealership parts department, it's the real deal with the customer service and pricing that you'd expect at a legitimate standalone parts shop. Multiple great experiences with these guys and I will certainly be doing business with them again.

  Great experience @ Volvo Toronto! Marti, Moe & Omar & the whole team! They really made the deal happen. They worked really hard to make everything smooth and comfortable. They checked in afterwards and made sure all was well. The small touches put service in the next level! Definitely check them out.

  My boyfriend and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We went to many dealerships, but ultimately chose Volvo as the price was right and Marti’s customer service was incomparable to any other dealership. He found us the most perfect vehicle! Very happy customers and would highly recommend Marti (& Volvo).
