  Many many times I go for something and it's not in stock. I am told to come back tomorrow and it's still not there. Many times I come 2/3 times and shelves are still empty. It's frustrating when something is on special and I go back 3 days in a row and they have not got it in and I miss the sale. I pay for transit to go to Dufferin Mall No Frills cause I know their shelves will be stocked. Sad that I need to go to that extent to do my grocery shopping. They really give a hard time if you have to return something, knowing that I shop there ALL the time. I have had a very easy time returning something at the Dufferin Mall location, even without a receipt. They need to learn how to better treat regular customers at Vi's
