  Worst UPS office. Every time I order an item and find out it's being shipped via UPS I regret it since it's the closest office to my place. They ruin the UPS name. Not once has my order arrived at my place. I recieve emails saying my order was delivered but none telling me they are at the station. I've had to call the customer service line to be told it's at this office. Also surprised the guy working there hasn't been fired since he's still always on the line and ignoring customers. All in all I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. If you need to print something it's worth walking another 600m to Staples.

  The worst UPS location I have dealt with, they tell you your package is not there mean while ups tracking shows it is. They act very unprofessional and irresponsible with packages, I've had multiple issues with this location. Went their yesterday to pick up my package and the man said its not there. Went home later to track my package and show it is there! Now I am stuck waiting another day to pick it up since they are closed on Sundays. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
