  Ben was a gem! In early October I dropped off 12+ assorted (and messy) boxes of Dad's personal items, from his Man Cave. It did not seem to annoy Ben that I dumped everything in the middle of his lobby. Ben and the UPS team expertly wrapped the items: glasses, mugs, clothing, awards, more glasses, documents, framed photos (one quite large). Ben and team helped me with the customs forms, and all boxes arrived at my home (out West in Walla Walla, Washington) in perfect condition. Thank you so much for your expertise and help in getting Dad's personal effects sent "home" to his kids. I highly recommend!

  Unethical business man I went to this location to print several hundred pages for my lab manuals. I gave the attendant my files on the usb, without asking me, he proceeded to print the files single sided. He was able to charge me twice as much, and it created a huge inconvenience for me when I use the manuals because of the extra flipping I have to do. I am extremely displeased by the extent UPS went to scrape some extra money off their customers, on top of that, the rates aren't even that good, averaging 4-5 cents a side. I won't be returning to print at this location.
