  Have worked with them multiple times on several peices of jewellery. Their experience in the industry is beyond large retail outlets that try to rip you off with horrible quality. I know that by going to Tri-Gem they always have my best interest at heart and are finding me quality diamonds that last forever.

  A complete ripoff. Would rate them 0 if possible. We were sent there when we placed a claim for a piece of lost jewelry with TD. At the end of the process we paid Trigem as much money for the replacement piece as we did the original. And it has less diamonds. The staff conned my wife with a phoney appraisal. So at the end of the day TD doesn't pay out any money on the claim. Trigem makes full retail on the sale. And I pay twice for a gift.
