I went yo buy bike for my kid it was out of stock( it was second day of offer) I went to buy baby formula couldnt find it ... later I saw it under lock and key near billing counter .... And they dont have any ready to use one. Its almost impossible to find anything useful here, take a few steps and go to wallmart

Terrible customer support all of the representatives I talked to either kept passing me on to other representatives or putting me back on hold, when they only talked for a second. All in all, I'd say terrible customer support. You never wanna call for any help I was put on hold for approximately 28 minutes and only got to talk to the representatives for around 2 minutes total.
