  First time car buyer and I was not very pleased with my Toronto Honda experience. The customer service and organization was disappointing, although I did end up getting my used car from them. The manager Val was pushy and rude during the used car sale. I was assured the car would be "all fixed" by the agreed pick up date to only later get a text message day before that my car was not ready. Once I did pick up my new-used car the body work was done, however it still needed work on the front rotors. This car was in the shop within one week of receiving it. Toronto Honda did cover these expenses which were provided at a different Honda dealer. The Used Sales Associate Yuri was rude over the phone to myself and the other Honda Dealership employee where I serviced my vehicle. I later had to ask the sales associate for the Honda certified checklist and car proof, as they were not prepared on the day of sale, which I received via picture of the paperwork, not a scanned copy. My licence plates were also on wrong on the day I picked up the new-used car, sticker was at the front of the car. Decent priced vehicles, but not worth the hassle. RUDE managers and unorganized sales department (financing was a breeze). I would not recommend this branch, although I have had a good experience at different Honda dealers.
