  Salesman was attentive and did a good job putting a nice suit together for me for my Sons baptism. I received a lot of compliments on my suit from family and friends at my function. Price: I ended up paying close to $1000.00 for jacket, pants, shirt & tie. Not a bargain from what is advertised in the store, but I was shopping last minute in a rush to get something so I had to pay a premium. Issue: Upon going to pay for my suit and alterations required, I had a small issue with the tie having some damage on it and requested a new one in the package. Salesman advised that there were no more in stock and they could try to iron out the damage as best as possible. I was discussing the tie with my wife at the cash register and all of a sudden the cashier who is Tom's sister & I guess a Manager if that's what she would like to call her self ended up yelling at me the customer "IF YOU DON'T WANT IT THEN DON'T BUY IT" in a really angry tone as if I were one of her children or salespeople on the floor. Had I not needed the suit in a rush and I would have cancelled the order right there, and I also felt bad for the salesperson that had spent about and hour or so with me. To have him lose his commission because of the hot tempered manager I felt wouldn't be fair. So I proceeded to purchase the item and was not happy with the attitude of Tom's sister. I did explain to her that we did not appreciate her tone and she didn't seem to care much and tried to play it off like she didn't say anything wrong. At the end of the day the suit came out nice, the price wasn't cheap & I didn't feel as if I received any discounts or special pricing as advertised on the radio frequently. If you're looking for a nice suit you can definitely find something at Tom's place, however you will not find something that is ultra cheap and affordable. I will not be back there to shop again, and since then I have found many other stores that treat the customers right and offer much more affordable prices.

  I must say that I’ve been to many men’s suit stores and never have I been treated the way I was treated here. The staff are welcoming and kind. The salesmen and the lovely lady at the cash were top notch. They go out of their way to make you happy. As a woman I’ve found that I’ve always been questioned about my knowledge of men’s suits but here they wanted my opinion and were happy to oblige. The store is packed full to the brim of anything you would need. The suit selection is A1 and they have a plethora of sizes. Shopping for a 6’5” husband is hard enough to do without him but it was very easy here. I was even greeted by Tom himself. What a nice man. I’ve told everyone at work and they all look forward to going there. I purchased off the rack and will go back soon with my husband in tow so we can get him a bespoke suit. I can’t wait to see what he comes out with. Last but not least, I must mention that the prices and selection here can’t be beat. Get to Kensington Market, buy a suit from Tom’s and then grab lunch! Win!
