It was because of his care and getting to know my specific needs and working within my budget, he suggested other vehicle options, going beyond and above the regular service, and i ended up going with his option and staying with Ford again. That is exceptional service. I'm confident i will keep going to Antonio as my first option for future vehicles. Ford is fortunate to have someone like Antonio on their Team. Love the Escape Antonio!
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2019-12-04, by Kris SStaff are super nice. My car has always had great service without being over-sold on additional repairs. The only issue I ever had was a long wait time for a repair on my transmission module. I had to go elsewhere because they were overbooked for the next month...That was a bummer, but highly recommended for your basic car needs.
