  Great prices but the pieces up close are quite low quality. The packaging is made up of micro plastics which hang around for a long time after. Staff in store are very friendly and helpful.

  My experience with Structube has always been terrible, I'm not sure why I keep going back. A few years ago I bought a lamp which was on sale for a family member, a month before Christmas. It turns out they had sold out and were backlogged for months but were advertising it still on their website. When you called to ask about it they would offer to sell you something higher priced. Borderline illegal bait and switch. Then recently my table had some pieces lost in a move by the movers, and they refused to help me by sending a few simple screws and a metal connector. Without the metal piece the $700 table is literally garbage, I have half a mind to just drop it on their doorstep and let them recycle it. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don't care at all about your repeat business. Stay away.
