  I came here to the clothes and meet the girls and my sister in law was also excited to meet them because she came from portugal and they follow them in Portugal. We got there and one of the owners was sitting doing something . Never approached us never acknowledge us. And no one helped us. It's like we were invisible.. me and my sister in law were so upset we deleted them from IG.

  More interested in a quick sale than lasting relationships with their clients. I easily spent $500 in clothing items from here and wanted to return 1 of the items which looked very different on me in day light than when tried on in the dark back corner of the store and no dice. They will never fully return any items and only a window for store credits even if your stuff is still wrapped and in tags. The next time I have $500 to blow I am positive it won't be at TSOQ. If you shop here make damn sure you'll be wearing these over priced items. On the flip side, the owners have extremely friendly and helpful staff and the clothing items are unique.
