  1) Staff are always following the customers around. I'm sure they're trying to help but they just make me uncomfortable. 2) There's this one man on the cash register who gets irritated too fast, total turn off. He just looks sour all day and when asked a question, he is it ignores you and pretend to not know English ._. 3) All the electronic devices that are on display for testing are password locked so if you want to test them out, they don't work and when you ask them to open, they say they they don't have keys. The one who does number one and two would be a guy named Anas. This is just a sad excuse of a store. The staff need help. Please hire some people who have actual knowledge on products. Staff that are more considerate. And perhaps some more females.

  Literally the worst service ever. The guy at the counter had no idea what he was doing, and left a bunch of important documents for my laptop missing from the box. I called afterwards, and all he did was me to call customer service. I don't recommend this place at all. Disappointed.
