  It sad when the head office sees all the bad review yet does nothing. I was told that they leave their phone off the hook so they don't have to answer it. Speaks volumes about how the overall business is run and certain store managers get away with treating people like crap. From this experience I will do whatever's in my power to persuade people to find their electronic needs elsewhere. Great business plan boys. Let idiots destroy your business
