  Dropped off lawnmower for stalling issue. When I picked it up the bill was $250! They did work that was not authorized by me. Said the issue was bad gas. ( Their usual catch all excuse). It's what they told me about a year and a half ago for the same issue and another $250 charge! Check your bill. They've charged me to overhaul the carb twice in less than two years. I asked the guy what "overhaul" means and he explained they rebuilt the carb. I don't believe it. Bought a new gas can and new Super unleaded at Shell. Three mows later and the same stalling issue! I brought the mower in again I was told it was bad gas again! Being frustrated I told the guy there was no way the gas could be bad. He said, "Don't be mad at me, be mad at yourself". And "sometimes life doesn't go the way we want it to!" Can you believe this guy!? What a jerk! Told me I have to drain the gas and put new gas in It. He finally asked if I wanted him to do it! I waited for about half an hour (not sure why it takes so long to drain the fuel). Then he ran it again and it stalled again. Finally he changed the gas cap and it ran fine. He charged me $20 for a new gas cap! He said it wasn't venting properly. Sounds to me like they charged me $250 for a misdiagnosed issue. When they finally figured it out after I dragged the machine back to them. They added insult to injury by charging me another $20 for a freakin gas cap! Oh and of course he said that it also had bad gas! Ya right! Their motto should be "the customer is always wrong". Do yourself a favour. Do not buy or service anything at this place. I can't believe they are still in business. STIHL Canada should be embarrassed to have a dealer like this. These Google reviews don't show an accurate story for this place. Check the 411 reviews and you will see a very common complaint on this Place.

  Horrible customer service. Took money for products covered by warranty... Disappointing. Not to mention that after the diagnostic test, they lied to me and said that it was my fault for the engine cease. They were ridiculous. Never go here
