  The cashiers at this location get a 5 star rating from me for their always friendly and helpful service. The 2 star rating is because of my frustration with the pharmacy. For every success in getting routine prescriptions filled there are two times when it's a bit of a hassle, and I've never experienced this at other locations across downtown Toronto in 30+ years. I use Med Ready to order prescriptions because I don't have time to make phone calls during the work day, but 2 out of 3 times I get phone calls from them asking me to call back, with no indication of what it's about. Sometimes it's because they want to ask if I need another prescription that I hadn't asked for. (No, I would have ordered it). Other times they have called and when I called back it was because they don't have something in stock. (You couldn't have just left a message about that with a new pick up time ? Or, you couldn't have done a better job of keeping it in stock ?) 2 out of 3 times there's a problem. I'll soon be moving to a new Shopper's.

  The original (larger) location is currently under renovation (to the right of the current location) and has been for a while--expected to reopen the full location again in late 2017/early 2018. It's good for the pharmacy and you may get lucky with the basic items but stock is extremely limited. Staff is friendly and they can tell you right away if they carry an item or not.
