  I just walked in to get a price on a car I was interested in and take a look at it and I got to sit down with Charles. And all I can say is I nearly left purchasing it. Not because he is pushy or forceful, but his knowledge is amazing and he really know about the car and the company. He answered everything professionally and knew exactly how to relate me as the client to the vehicle. When the time comes to purchase the car I will definitely be going back to Charles. Utmost professional and knowledgeable service I've ever receive. Highly recommend to go see him when looking for any car even if it's not a Nissan.

  When I brought in my car to the Sherway Nissan for a recall service, I requested they also check into an issue Canadian Tire said they found when fixing a flat tire (I provided documentation so they'd know what they were looking for). Canadian Tire tried to use a scare tactic, making it sound like my car was dangerous and it was urgent that I had it fixed. However, they fumbled and retracted statements, saying it maybe wasn't urgent, which made me question their services. I explained this to Jeff in the Sherway Nissan service department, who said he would make sure they'd check into the issue as well as an issue I was having with my trunk. When I came back for my car, Jeff explained everything that was done for the recall, explained what they found with the issues I was concerned about, told me there was NO urgency on the issues found, provided me quotes on the additional services I'd need for when I could afford them AND told me he also washed my car! WOW! I love Jeff. He's my best friend. Nissan should give him a raise! I honestly have never felt more comfortable and in such good hands when having my car serviced. Long story short, go see my new friend Jeff at Sherway Nissan if you'd like great, no BS, detailed and friendly service. :)
