  *SCAMMERS* ***DRIVERS BE AWARE OF THIS GAS STATION, IF YOU MUST COME TO THIS GAS STATION PAY IN CASH****** There is a concern about this Shell gas  station (5445 Steeles Avenue East Scarborough, ON M1V 5C2) that I recently went to visit which was Oct.3.2017 between 6:45am-7:25am. I tried to pay at the pump but it didn't work, so I went inside to pay and the debit machine also wasn't working, it kept on saying declined. So I tried about 2 times  and still didn't work and the 3rd time it finally said Approved. There was also another lady there that was having the same issue, she said that she was going to be late for work and that her dad will bring the money so the gas attendant allowed her to leave and said "It's okay I know your dad" which I thought was very weird. When I had asked for the receipts for the ones that didnt go through he had ignored me. Anyways I went on to check my online banking and noticed that I got charged twice for gas, so I called the gas station to tell them about the issue and  I spoke to man who sounded like the same gas attendant that I encounter that same morning and finally found out his name which was Thillai and he made it seem like It was a joke and he said that the accountant doesn't come in until midnight and only then they will know if they have over charged me and that they will call me, surprise surprise no one has called me. So I called again in the morning( October 4 2017) at around 7 am spoke to a different man and I have asked him if I can have the store owner's name and number and he refused to give it to me and then when I told him that they have over charged me and maybe have done it to other customers, he laughed and said "then call the police", my impression was that he wasn't surprised or shocked that I was calling about being over charged, I also found out that Thillai is the store manger who I spoke to on the phone, clearly didn't deal with the issue professional. Oct.4.2017 I went to the bank and spoke to a teller to look into my account and it shows that I did get charged twice and it went through the first time at 7:08 am of Oct.3.2017 then again at 7:11am and again at 7:21am. ***IF THE STORE OWNER IS READING THIS PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND CONTACT ME****
