My review is more so directed at the Benefit brow bar they host here. I had booked an appointment in advance for today at 1 PM to get my brows shaped and tinted. When I arrived I asked a very nice associate to point me in the direction of the brow bar, after which they told me they would inform the esthetician I was ready, to which I thanked her. I stand right next to the brow bar and end up waiting around 10 minutes, which I'm thinking "Alright, no big deal, she may still be setting up." Not long after the 10 minute mark, another associate asked if I needed anything. I again explained that I was supposed to have an appointment at 1 PM for a brow wax and tint and that someone else was supposed to have informed the esthetician I was waiting. The second associate was again very nice and said that she was sorry I had been waiting so long and would again try to contact her. I thanked her and went back to waiting. More time goes by, at this point I've been waiting 15-20 minutes total. Suddenly, another customer comes up and has a seat at the brow bar. I don't know if she was an employee or a regular because a few other employees came up to say hello and talk to her. Not even a minute after she shows up, the lady who was supposed to do my brows shows up, completely ignores me, and starts working on the other customer. At this point I give up and leave the store, as I'm clearly not getting my brows done today. When I got home I decided to call the store to speak to someone about it, to see if maybe the schedule had been messed up or something, and I was promptly hung up on in the middle of explaining the situation. I was very shocked and disappointed because I had gotten my brows done previously at the Eaton Centre location and always had an amazing experience. I understand if you're busy but if you see you have an appointment at 1, wouldn't it make sense to check on the brow bar to see if your client is there? Based on this experience I would not recommend the brow bar at this location. Being ignored for another customer also wasn't a pleasant experience. I'm giving two stars because the store itself is nice and all the employees were super helpful, I'm just very disappointed in the benefit bar and will stick to Larissa at the Eaton Centre from now on.
