  What a failure this Saks is. For over a decade I visited Saks Fifth Avenue in America and to compare what they carry at this Saks to others is pathetic. I was really excited to hear they were opening a Saks Fifth Avenue at Sherway Gardens, I live 5 minutes away from this mall and I can say I'm here at least three times a week. Of course out of curiosity I always walk into Saks to see what they and I'm always unimpressed. Sure they have D&G, Alexander McQueen, Chloe and other high end designers but other than that everything looks pretty boring and dead. I guess my problem is that they have soo much on their website and majority of it is not in store. You would have to order, have it shipped and then go thru exchange/ refund if it doesn't work out. I wish I could avoid that. Other than that I DO like how the sales associates don't really bother you or push items on you, like they used to do at Holts. How annoying.
