  Usually very busy. Was out of stock on the nextbox had to go back the next day. I miss the payment machine, it saved me a lot of time. Now I have to wait in very long lines. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bring back the payment machines!

  The service was exceptional. I had to exchange hardware and the staff was great. It was a bit involved but done easily. It was slow though. Even though there were multiple people working there was a line. But hey that's ok though, because they are attentive, helpful, and don't rush people, which is something I can appreciate.
