  Well let me tell you my experience at York Mills and Sheppard. I am waiting out side for 10 min for them to open and the door was locked. Clara one of the employee came in at 958 and let a customer in and started serving him with the doors locked . Nasik apparently the manager was serving him. My husband and I were outside patiently saw this all happen. We go to the door and it is locked. I jiggle the door to let them know we are here. One of your employees wasn’t wearing a name tag. Came sluggish to open the door. I mentioned to Nasik why are you serving this customer we have been waiting outside for 10 min. He said he wasn’t serving him till 10 what was a lie he had his account up and running. I do t know what kind of customer service you have going on over there but I will never be back. The attitude I got from Nasik was the worst ever. Very condisending snappy and rudeI have been a customer for 25 yrs and I will be taking my business elswear.
