  The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a mobile store. Vishnu is a *10 Star* customer service rep and the manager, Ayesha, was very considerate. I spent an hour there and the staff dealt with frustrating customer service issues with professionalism, patience and care. Thanks!

  Although dealing with Rogers has never been a quick fix, I will give a 5star because I am unable to give more, to the staff at this location. Management handled an abusive customer accordingly and Steven was just amazing. He called head office for another error on my account and spent an hour to rectify it so that I didn't need to. He was polite, professional, courteous and gave me wonderful Customer Service that is very rare these days. Thank you Steven for all your help last night. I really appreciate all you did. Thank you. Just a note: Rogers don't have your reps cleaning windows. They are there to assist customers, not to do custodial work. How cheap of you. Don't take advantage of your employees. Hire a window cleaner. Support other businesses.

  They have good customer service. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I think the fact that they expect them to always get 10 out of ten in their customer survey helps them be at their best.
