- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-08-05, by Seema vWe did not have a pleasant experience ordering a custom engagement ring from Rads. When I tried to point out some mistakes they made in the design of the ring the owner became incredibly aggressive and rude towards me. His own son told him to relax but he still ended up cancelling my order for the engagement ring. The owner later told my Fiance that this happened because he was having a bad day. I would not recommend Rads Jewellery for custom work because of their lack of attention to detail and terrible customer service.
